Practice bringing a creativity and a sense of fun to your yoga practice this Summer. Enter the realm of the Heart with singing (chanting) and dancing (Vinyasa Flow). Share your practice with others and ask your teacher for guidance throughout this season. Encourage testing your limits within your practice but ultimately find a sense of cool relaxation by the end of your yoga session.
