How do we find our ground?
In this “pick and mix” session, we’ll draw from the Earth Element by exploring three of its gunas—heaviness, stability, and cooling/soothing. Together, we’ll practice how to access these qualities within the nervous system, learning to anchor into states that bring steadiness and calm. As we strengthen this capacity, we also expand our flexibility—opening more choice within both mind and nervous system, and in turn, in every part of life they touch.
