I’m now offering a more flexible approach to booking, so you can choose sessions that suit your needs, schedule, and energy:

• Shorter sessions: Perfect if you’d like to top-up in-between longer treatments, attend more regularly, or focus on a specific area of your wellbeing.

• Longer sessions: Ideal for a more comprehensive, nourishing experience when you need deeper support or can only attend less frequently.

All sessions can include a bespoke blend of:

• Reflexology

• Ayurvedic warm oil massage

• Ayurvedic consultation and guidance

• Reiki (available from March 2026)

You can tailor your session to suit exactly what you need on the day — whether that’s consultation, hands-on treatment, or a combination of both.

Pricing:

• £12.50 – 15 minutes (consultation or Reiki)

• £25 – 30 minutes (any treatment and/or consultation)

• £37.50 – 45 minutes

• £50 – 1 hour

• £62.50 – 1 hour 15 minutes

• £75 – 1 hour 30 minutes

This flexible model is designed to support your wellness in the way that works best for you — whether that’s shorter, more frequent visits, or longer, deeply restorative sessions.
