You’re warmly invited to use this space in whatever way serves you best. There’s no pressure to reply on time or to do more than what genuinely supports you.
The timeframe is held softly but clearly. Message days aren’t paused or extended if a day is missed — this keeps the rhythm steady for both of us and allows me to offer consistent care while staying attuned to my own energy.

Life happens — and this container is designed with flexibility in mind. While the four-week coaching period has a clear beginning and end, all of your weekly emails and WhatsApp voice notes are yours to return to anytime. You’ll continue to have access to everything we’ve shared together, even after the live support ends. My live guidance is just for the four weeks, but the tools and reflections are there for as long as you need them.
Q: Do I have to use WhatsApp?
Yes — WhatsApp is the platform we use for voice notes and check-ins. It’s free, easy to use, and helps us stay gently connected without pressure or urgency.
Q: Can I add more areas of focus during the four weeks?
To keep things spacious and effective, we’ll stay with one key Ayurvedic focus for the full four weeks. This simplicity is intentional. The heart of the work is Pain Reprocessing Therapy, which is rich and layered on its own. The Ayurvedic element — whether it's journaling, body oiling, or another small ritual — is a gentle, steady support. You’ll be surprised how powerful one consistent practice can be in creating change and building deeper body connection.
