Thursday, Friday & Saturday appointments available

  • £25 – 30 minutes (suitable for reiki)

  • £37.50 – 45 minutes (suitable for reiki or reflexology)

  • £50 – 1 hour (suitable for reflexology, combined sessions or one area massage ie back massage)

  • £62.50 – 1 hour 15 minutes (great for combined sessions or full body massage)

  • £75 – 1 hour 30 minutes Consultation plus appointment - for first Appointments (and over 12 months since last appointment)

Appointments are currently offered through a small, referral-based practice, with a limited number of new client spaces available each month.

The Nourished Sole is a small, personal practice offering a limited number of Ayurvedic Reflexology, Reiki and Marma Point Massage appointments each month.

Because treatments take place in my home, appointments are offered primarily through existing clients and personal referrals.
