DAY 1 - WEEK 2

A gentle awakening to the breath just as it is.

Before we change or shape the breath, we simply meet it. Breath awareness is the foundational practice of observing the breath—its rhythm, depth, and movement—without trying to control it. It’s where all pranayama begins.

This practice:

  • Builds a quiet, attentive connection with your inner world

  • Helps you notice unconscious breath patterns shaped by stress or habit

  • Anchors you in the present moment

  • Lays the groundwork for deeper breathwork and meditation

Breath awareness is both subtle and powerful. Like lighting a candle in a dark room, it slowly illuminates what's happening within—softening reactivity, increasing presence, and offering insight.

In Ayurveda, this is the beginning of restoring prana—our vital life force—by gently witnessing the ways it flows, pauses, and returns.

A quiet practice that often reveals the loudest truths.
