BREATH ASANA

A gentle unraveling of breath from the spine outward.

We’re not chasing effort here—just creating the conditions for breath to return home.

This sequence:

  • Loosens the fascia and muscles that can restrict the diaphragm

  • Restores natural breath rhythm after stress or stillness

  • Prepares the body for deeper pranayama or meditation

  • Cultivates inner spaciousness, presence, and calm

In Ayurveda, breath is the bridge between body and mind, and this movement sequence gently clears the path. A beautiful practice to begin or end the day—or whenever you need to reset.

No experience needed. Just your body, your breath, and a little willingness to soften.
