SEASONAL SATURDAY

In this Seasonal Saturday practice, we move through a slow and intentional vinyasa flow designed to gently guide you into a deeper connection with both your breath and body. Inspired by the rhythm of Sun Salutations, we repeat simple poses with mindful attention to the spine, allowing every movement to unfold smoothly and effortlessly.

The focus is on slowing the breath and creating a steady, stable foundation from beginning to end. Throughout the flow, we emphasize unlocking tension in the shoulders, arms, and upper chest, helping to release tightness and promote a greater sense of spaciousness in the upper body. This allows the breath to naturally deepen and travel down into the pelvis, fostering the development of a full yogic breath.

As you move through this practice, you’ll explore the natural rhythm of the spine, feeling each vertebrae articulate as you flow mindfully between poses. The aim is not only to release physical tension but to create a sense of ease and presence in the body, supporting your ability to breathe deeply and fully.
