Qi and Flow

Qi Gong is a gentle, flowing practice that works with the body’s natural energy—helping to release tension, improve circulation, and restore a sense of ease and vitality through slow, rhythmic movement and breath.

Ayurvedic yoga is a nurturing, restorative approach to yoga, guided by the body’s three energetic principles. Through supported postures and mindful awareness, it helps bring these energies back into balance, creating space for rest, regulation, and quiet renewal.

Together, they offer a practice of movement and stillness—circulating energy where it feels stuck, and allowing the body to soften and restore where it’s most needed.

Are you feeling the weight of constant doing?
Longing, even quietly, for a space where you can soften and breathe a little more fully?

Life can so easily pull us into effort, into keeping up, into holding everything together.
Over time, this can leave the body tired, the mind busy, and the nervous system with very little space to rest.

But rest isn’t something that simply happens when we stop.
It’s something that needs to be created, supported, and gently allowed.

Qi & Flow is an invitation into that space.

What to Expect

These 2-hour immersive sessions offer a carefully held rhythm of movement, stillness, and integration—designed to support the body in softening, circulating energy, and coming back into balance.

We begin by arriving slowly, with space to notice what’s present and permission to do less.

From there, you’ll be guided through gentle Qi Gong, allowing the body to move in a soft, rhythmic way that helps release tension and encourage natural flow.

As the practice unfolds, we transition down to the floor into restorative, Ayurvedic-informed yoga flow sequences, where the body is fully supported. Here, there is nothing to hold, nothing to achieve—just space to experience and receive.

The session closes with guided rest and quiet integration, giving the body time to absorb the effects of the practice and settle more deeply.

Each immersion is slightly different, but always rooted in the same intention:

to create a space where the body can soften, energy can move,
and rest can be experienced—not forced.

You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or feeling ‘ready’ to come.

You just need a willingness to arrive as you are.
