3 LOVING KINDNESS MEDITATION

The loving kindness meditation focuses on sending warmth, friendliness, and goodwill to yourself and others. This meditation invites you to turn inwards toward your suffering by wishing yourself well. You can then choose to extend the practice to others, even those who are a source of difficulty in your life. This practice is rooted in the belief that your healing and growth responds to compassionately attending to those muddy areas of your life, releasing energy from stuck spaces and situations and allowing Prana to flow once again. It is important to note that no benefit comes from forcing yourself to feel or believe things that don’t feel aligned. This is a practice that is, at it’s centre, kind and truthful. Take your time and don’t simply push yourself through.
