AGNI - MORNING IGNITION PRACTICE

This morning practice begins with box breathing (Sama Vritti) to anchor and steady the nervous system, followed by a preparatory nostril balancing sequence to clear subtle channels (nadis) through isolated right and left nostril breathing.

We then move into Sukha Bhastrika — a beginner-friendly, rhythmic bellows breath to energise the body and spark digestive fire without overwhelm. The practice closes with full Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing) to seal in balance, clarity, and calm.

Best done in the early morning before food to prepare body and mind for presence, digestion, and clear attention.
