SOMA - EVENING REPLENISHMENT

This evening sequence begins with soft Ujjayi breath, drawing attention inward and slowing the nervous system. We then move into Box Breathing (Sama Vritti) to balance and ground Vata and Pitta, creating spaciousness in both breath and thought.

The practice closes with Bhramari (Buzzing Bee Breath) — a resonant, vibrational breath that gently stills the mind, massages the vagus nerve, and invites deep rest through sound and subtle touch.

Ideal before sleep or at dusk to support emotional digestion, hormonal balance, and restoration of the inner soma.
