Day 2: Purify

Welcome

Welcome to Day Two of your Ayurvedic body and mind reset: Purify. Today is all about cleansing and detoxifying your system, allowing your body to digest accumulated toxins and impurities. In Ayurveda, purification is a vital step in restoring balance and promoting overall health.

Purification in Ayurveda

Purification in Ayurveda is closely linked to Pacana, the process of digesting and eliminating toxins (ama) from the body. Today, we focus on purifying your body and mind by enhancing this digestive process, creating a clean slate for nourishment and rejuvenation.
