Welcome to Day Three of your Ayurvedic body and mind reset: Nourish. Today is dedicated to deeply nourishing your body and mind, replenishing your energy, and supporting your overall well-being. In Ayurveda, nourishment is about providing your body with the essential nutrients it needs to thrive.

Nourishment in Ayurveda

Nourishment, or Poshana, is a fundamental concept in Ayurveda. It involves feeding your body with wholesome, balanced foods that support your digestive fire (agni) and promote vitality. Today, we focus on nourishing your body and mind, ensuring you feel rejuvenated and energized.

Your Day Three Routine

  • Pre-Breakfast: 1 cup warm water with a pinch of dried ginger.

  • Breakfast: Rice and Mung Dhal or Spiced Porridge

  • Lunch: Kitcheree with Seasonal Vegetables or Ayurvedic Bowl

  • Snack (Optional): Seasonal fruit or 6–8 soaked, peeled almonds

  • Dinner: Light Vegetable Broth with Rice or Vegetable Soup

Doshic Clock Practices

  • Morning walk

  • Mindful, seated lunch
